I have been teaching at schools and institutes since 2009, and hold a DipABRSM in Instrumental Teaching (flute specialism) and trained through Trinity College and Open University workshops and UK music services.
Currently I provide private lessons in flute and piano at International schools in Berlin and privately, and lead workshops as a guest musician in London.
Working in many large-scale outreach music teaching projects and workshops, I have been leading and co-leading ensembles in rehearsal and performance, as well as arranging the music. These include composition and performance workshops working members of BBC Symphony Orchestra, BBC National Orchestra of Wales alongside music services, culminating in leading performances at venues including the Royal Festival Hall and Lyric Theatre Hammersmith.
I have also been a teacher and workshop leader for a range of organisations including Live Music Now!, Forte School of Music, Newham Music Trust, Hackney Music Development Trust, Kingston Music and Arts, Wandsworth Music Service, Hammersmith and Fulham music service and Merton Music Foundation.
In 2006 I led music classes for Cardiff Disability Resource Team, and have worked with a range of children with varying Special Educational Needs in institutes over the years.
